Questions
Is a plan for one server or all of mine?
One server. Each plan upgrades the server you buy it for, and every plan covers exactly one server. Theme packs are different: those belong to you and work on every server you own.
How does the free trial work?
Try Creator+ free for 7 days, no card needed. It starts on a server that is on the Free plan, with one trial per person and one per server, ever. It ends on its own and never charges you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the server returns to Free. Removing Kiwora from your server does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it from Manage Subscription on the pricing page.
What happens to my settings if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your server keeps working on Free: Kiwora sends a heads-up, and 3 days after the plan ends it puts the server on Free's limits. Welcome sections, rules and Info sections past the Free limit stay saved, are not posted, and show greyed out in the dashboard. Paid looks and settings (a theme, a custom palette, goodbye wording) go back to Free's and are kept. Extra Shop items, custom commands, quests, role setups and Info guides are switched off, not removed. When you upgrade, the sections, rules, looks, settings, quests, commands and role setups come back by themselves; you turn Shop items and Info guides back on yourself.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans are billed in advance and the service runs for the period you paid for. Refunds are requested only through Help > Report a problem, are not guaranteed, and are decided case by case at Kiwora’s sole discretion (a refund may be prorated or given as account credit). Theme packs are one-time purchases under the same rules. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer law where you live. Read the full refund policy.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Monthly is billed every month. Yearly is billed once a year and costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free.
