1. Overview
Kiwora ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use the Kiwora Discord bot or dashboard at kiwora-dashboard.vercel.app.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to provide Kiwora's services: • Discord Server (Guild) IDs and server names • Discord User IDs (used for XP tracking and leveling systems) • Server configuration settings entered through the dashboard • XP, level, and leaderboard data for server members • Slash command usage logs (command name, server ID, user ID, timestamp) • Subscription and billing information (processed securely by Stripe) We do NOT collect: • Message content or message history • Passwords or authentication credentials • Email addresses or personal contact information • Voice or audio data • Any data not directly required for bot functionality
3. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used exclusively to: • Operate and improve Kiwora's features (leveling, welcome messages, themes, announcements) • Display your server's configuration and statistics in the dashboard • Process subscription payments through Stripe • Debug issues and monitor bot health • Provide leaderboard and XP ranking features to your server members
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except: • Stripe — for processing subscription payments • Supabase — for secure data storage • Vercel — for hosting the dashboard All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as Kiwora is active in your server. If you remove Kiwora from your server, your server configuration data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion. XP and leveling data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Discord OAuth2
When you log in to the Kiwora dashboard, we use Discord's OAuth2 system to authenticate you. We receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you manage. We do not receive your email address, password, or payment information from Discord. We only use this information to show you the correct servers in your dashboard.
8. Children's Privacy
Kiwora is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a user under 13 has used Kiwora, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: • Request a copy of the data we hold about you • Request deletion of your data • Opt out of XP tracking using the /xp-optout command in Discord • Remove Kiwora from your server at any time To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Discord server or dashboard support.
10. Cookies
The Kiwora dashboard uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of Kiwora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
