1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Kiwora to your Discord server or using the Kiwora dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove Kiwora from your server and discontinue use of the dashboard.
2. Description of Service
Kiwora is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides server customization, leveling systems, announcements, welcome messages, themes, and other community management tools for Discord servers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kiwora, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using Kiwora, you represent that you meet this requirement. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Kiwora complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kiwora to: • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt Kiwora's systems • Use Kiwora for any illegal purpose • Impersonate Kiwora, its team, or other users
5. Data Collection
Kiwora collects and stores the following data necessary to provide its services: • Discord server (guild) IDs and names • Discord user IDs (for XP tracking and leveling) • Server configuration settings you provide through the dashboard • XP and leveling data for server members • Command usage logs We do not collect message content, personal information, email addresses, or any data beyond what is required for Kiwora's features to function.
6. Subscription and Payments
Kiwora offers free and paid subscription tiers (Creator, Creator+, and Visionary). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have billing concerns.
7. Service Availability
Kiwora is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove Kiwora from your server or terminate your dashboard access at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service. You may remove Kiwora from your server at any time by kicking the bot.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kiwora and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, server disruptions, or any harm to your Discord community.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Kiwora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
