1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Kiwora to your Discord server or using the Kiwora dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove Kiwora from your server and discontinue use of the dashboard.
2. Description of Service
Kiwora is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides server customization, leveling systems, announcements, welcome messages, themes, and other community management tools for Discord servers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kiwora, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using Kiwora, you represent that you meet this requirement. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Kiwora complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kiwora to: • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt Kiwora's systems • Use Kiwora for any illegal purpose • Impersonate Kiwora, its team, or other users
5. Data Collection
Kiwora collects and stores the data it needs to provide its services, including: • Discord server (guild) IDs and names • Discord user IDs and, for people who sign in or pay, usernames • Server configuration settings you provide through the dashboard • XP, leveling and other member activity data, member join and leave history, and command logs • Reports and requests you send us We do not store the text of your server's messages, voice content, email addresses or card details. 6. Subscription and Payments
Kiwora offers free and paid subscription tiers (Creator, Creator+, and Visionary). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from Manage Subscription on the pricing page. Removing Kiwora from your server does not cancel your subscription. Payments are non-refundable; we may grant a refund or credit case by case at our discretion. Not receiving a reminder email does not cancel a charge or excuse it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
7. Service Availability
Kiwora is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove Kiwora from your server or terminate your dashboard access at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service. You may remove Kiwora from your server at any time. Removing Kiwora does not cancel a paid subscription; cancel it from Manage Subscription on the pricing page.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kiwora and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, server disruptions, or any harm to your Discord community.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Kiwora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
